Third and Fourth SEIS Grant

There will be two further grants which will be based on average Self Employed profits calculated as for the first two grants. Each of Grants 3 and 4 will cover a three month period – so from 1 November to 30 April 2021 in total.
The third grant should be available in November, but the date has not yet been announced and it will cover 40% of average trading profits (this is an increase from the 20% previously announced).
Details have not yet been announced for the fourth grant, except that there will be one.
Both these grants can be claimed whether or not the first two were claimed, but unfortunately the eligibility still hinges on whether or not an 18 - 19 tax return had been filed by 28 April 2020.
